Cancellation Timeframe: You can request a cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order. Kindly reach out to us via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram and provide your order number for quick processing.

Cancellation after Dispatch: If your parcel has already been dispatched (which typically occurs within a day), a cancellation fee of Rs 300 will apply.

Advance Payment Refund: Rs. 1,000 advance payment is required to confirm your order. If you cancel within 6 hours of placing your order, the full advance will be refunded. If the order has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee of Rs. 300 will be deducted, and the remaining Rs. 700 will be refunded.
